Studio Policies
To keep APPOINTMENTS running smoothly and ensure fairness for all clients, the following policies are firm:
Cancellations: Cancel your appointment at any time —> loss of DEPOSIT
Rescheduling: Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice will transfer your deposit to a new date one time. If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit is required
No Show Fee: If you do not show up for YOUR APPOINTMENT —> loss OF DEPOSIT + online booking blocked
Arrive On Time: APPOINTMENTS begin promptly; late arrivals PAST 15 MINUTES will not be ALLOWED
No Refund Policy: There are no refunds for DEPOSITS OR CONSULTATION FEES + All service sales are final
